We revived this M923A2 truck and gave it new life. Going down to a Fire Dept in Texas. We added high tread 14.00R20 Michelin XL tires, 24/12 V 60 Amp Reducer, and a couple of small things, we also disconnected the central tire inflation system. Turned out great. The guys did another great job on this truck.
