SHIPPING

a. Shipping Charges
To keep our product pricing competitive and fair for all customers, shipping costs are not included in item prices. Shipping fees apply to all orders, including UPS, freight carriers, air shipments, and postal services.

• For credit card purchases, shipping charges will be automatically added at checkout.

• For C.O.D. shipments, shipping charges will be included in the total due.

• Orders paid by check or money order without pre-paid shipping will be sent with shipping charges due upon delivery.

• All freight (truck) shipments are sent freight collect, with payment made directly to the carrier.

b. Shipping Terms
Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are F.O.B. Ogden, Utah.

c. Carrier Selection
We select carriers based on reliability, transit time, and cost. If you have a preferred carrier, please let us know at the time of ordering, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

d. Inspection & Damage Claims (IMPORTANT)
Please inspect all shipments carefully upon delivery. Any damage claims must be filed مباشرة with the delivering carrier at the time of receipt.

• We strongly recommend noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt and obtaining the driver’s signature.

• Do not refuse damaged shipments, as this may delay resolution.

• All merchandise leaves our facility in excellent condition; therefore, Boyce Equipment & Parts Co., Inc. is not responsible for damage incurred during transit.

e. Shipping Rates
We utilize special freight classifications whenever possible to help minimize shipping costs for our customers.

f. APO/FPO Shipments
Full payment is required for all APO/FPO orders.

• Some items may require a physical address if they cannot be shipped via postal service.

• Credit card orders cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

g. Inventory & Backorders
Over 90% of our inventory is typically in stock. If an item is backordered, you will be notified promptly with an estimated ship date.

RETURNS

a. Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized in advance. Once approved, you will receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

• The RGA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the returned package.

b. Return Conditions
Returned items must:

• Be shipped freight prepaid

• Be in original packaging

• Include a copy of the original invoice

c. Restocking Fee

• Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• The fee will be deducted from your refund total.

• Restocking fees apply to all non-defective returns, including refused shipments and canceled orders after shipment.

REFUNDS

a. Company Error
If a return is due to an error by Boyce Equipment & Parts Co., Inc., a full refund—including original and return shipping—will be issued within 30 days.

b. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and not eligible for refunds:

• Rebuilt parts

• Special-order items

• Custom work (including wheels and adapters)

• Axles, brakes, and electrical components

IMPORTANT POLICY NOTICE

Failure to follow the above procedures may result in denial of credit, refund, or exchange.

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
